Consents
We give permission for our child to participate in and undertake to support the school fully in its fixture programme, agreeing that in term time the school calendar is prioritised as much as possible.
Please tick to indicate approval:
We give our permission for our child to participate in all future off-site trips, unless we notify the school to the contrary. Separate consent will be sought only where extra charges will be levied, e.g. Form 7 Camp in France.
We understand that in circumstances where we, as parents, are required to provide a packed lunch, that lunch shall never contain nuts, sweets, chocolate, chewing gum, sugary or fizzy drinks.
We agree to our child receiving any emergency dental, medical or surgical treatment, including anaesthetic or blood transfusion, as considered necessary by the relevant medical authorities at any time within the normal school day including on out of school trips. (Please be assured that in the unlikely event of these extreme circumstances arising, we would contact you immediately.)
We are happy for paracetamol to be administered to our child should the need arise, on the understanding that further verbal consent will be obtained beforehand.
We understand that it is our responsibility to inform the school immediately, in writing, of any change in our child’s health details or medical needs.
By accepting a place at the school, we agree to the school's data protection policy. We acknowledge that we have read and understood the terms of the school’s data protection policy and the attendant privacy notices that can be found on the school's website.
We also accept that our data and the data of our child will be used in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation, as detailed in the Data Protection Policy found on the School’s website.
Pre-Prep Tapestry
As the parents of any child in Pre-Prep classes (Russell Robins to Form 1) we agree to comply with the school’s guidelines for accessing RH Profiles using the “Tapestry” software. We acknowledge that these guidelines can be found in the school’s Terms and Conditions.
Safeguarding
We understand that we are required to inform the Head in writing of any changes to our personal circumstances which may affect the school’s delivery of its obligations to its pupils. This includes:
● Changes of Address
● Marital Breakdown
● Parent or Pupil Health
● Changes in Financial Circumstances
● Changes in drop off and pick up routines
We will supply a copy of our child’s Birth Certificate (if not previously supplied).
If any of these details change, we will inform the school office immediately. We will be particularly aware of any change in contact details as we acknowledge that it is essential that we are able to be contacted about our child in an emergency.
We have read and agree to the school’s Terms and Conditions which are attached and the school’s Data Protection Policy which is available on the school’s website at http://www.russellhouseschool.co.uk/Policies.
