Parental declaration:

We wish for our child to be entered as a pupil at Russell House School. We enclose a registration fee of £250 which we understand is non-refundable. Bank transfers should be made to Russell House School Limited, Sort Code: 40-28-23, Account Number: 81378260 citing your child’s name as the reference.

If we decide to defer our child’s start date beyond the preferred start date indicated at page one of this form, we agree to comply with the school’s “holding place” policy and pay a holding deposit representing a full term’s fees (or two terms’ fees, whichever is applicable). Any deposit will be offset against the first term’s or two terms’ fees (whichever is applicable), but will not be refundable in the event of failure to take up our child’s place.

We agree to arrange for the fees to be paid by the first day of each term and to meet additional expenses incurred. We agree to give one term’s notice in writing before withdrawing our child or to pay one term’s fees in lieu of notice. We agree to give half a term’s notice for discontinuing clubs, curriculum support and music lessons or pay for half a term in lieu.
